The first (and ultimately only stop) is Senoia, Georgia, which is't far out of Atlanta. I got a kick out of seeing the downtown area, which was a major filming spot for awhile. Because it was Christmas, nothing was open unfortunately because there were some neat places.
Again, thanks to the Christmas holiday, we really didn't find anything else to do, so we went ahead and drove the entire distance to our "ultimate" destination, Savannah. We found a hotel room, and ate at a majorly HUGE Asian buffet, which was busy, which leads me to believe more restaurants would benefit being open on holidays as I guess more people like to eat out. :)
