Minnesota Vacation....whatever #'d day it is

Bay tour in the Duluth downtown area.

 Allison absolutely loves anything mustache, so when we saw these sunglasses, of course she had to have them.  She has been wearing them everywhere.

 Another picture of what the lupine coasters looked like backed up, ready to go down the hill one by one.  It was an incredible amount of fun.  You could make yourself go fast or slow, you chose your own speed.  When I was going down, I was like I want to go really fast and feel the speed, but the faster I go I know the faster I will get to the end, and I didn't want the ride to end!!!! :)

Minnesota Vacation - Spirit Mountain

Spirit Mountain of Duluth, MN is an outdoor sporting/camping area.  There are winter sports etc.  but there are also these lupine sleds and zipline.  Yes, I went on both.   They were fun.  Allison was tickled that I would actually go on them.  Bruce wouldn't for some reason.

Minnesota Vacation Day 1

Lewis & Clark Interpretative Center in Sioux City, Iowa to start out our vacation travels. 

Stop for treats at Blue Bunny in Le Mars, Iowa.  Yum

 Similar to the Cows on Parade, there were many colorful ice cream cones scattered around the Le Mars town  area.

A Marysville Minute - June

Allison was invited to participate in the very first "Marysville Minute" that a group of locals involved with travel and tourism have gotten funded and are implementing.  From my understanding they have funding to do one of these each month for a year at this point.  Right now, the focus is social media, but who knows, if more funding becomes available they could some day be on television, etc. 

Allison is in the pink shirt with the cat on the front, and black shorts.  She is seen below sitting behind Pat, the lady in the white.  All of her scenes are at the Koester House.  You can see her pretty well in the scene where she is sitting on the Lions and there are other kids running by her.  You can even seen "ME" as I was inadvertently in range of the shot as I was sitting on a bench with Pat waiting for Allison to be completed.  It looks pretty natural however, like a couple of moms waiting for their kids.
